The “Contributor” refers to the individual or individuals named in the consent form referencing this Media Release.

The contributor has agreed to the filming/recording/streaming by Awakening Europe e.V. of the following contribution by the Contributor (“The Contribution”)

The Contributor agrees that all copyright and any other rights in the Contribution are hereby assigned to and shall be the property of Awakening Europe e.V. and may be used throughout the world in perpetuity by all means and in all media now or hereafter devised, including the right to authorise its communication to, or its being made available to the public, by wire or wireless means, such as it may be accessed on demand at any time and from any place.

The Contributor hereby waives any moral rights to which they may be entitled in the Contribution.

The Contributor understands and agrees that Awakening Europe e.V. shall not be obligated to use the Contribution or any part in any form or to provide any credit or acknowledgement to the Contributor.

The Contributor agrees that Awakening Europe e.V. may adapt, edit and add to the Contribution alone or in association with other material at its sole discretion.
